Millennium Meetings
The objective of the Millennium meetings is to combine the technological quality of cement as a product with the aesthetics of great contemporary masters and young soon-to-be architects. Therefore Italcementi has brought together leading university faculties of architecture and professional players of the industry in this project.

Boris Podrecca (Bari, April 2008), was the star of the fourteenth Millennium meeting. After an analysis dedicated to Alvar Aalto’s lesson, the Millennium meeting reviewed the design theories and projects of Richard Meier, Eric Miralles, Dominique Perrault, Steven Holl, Raimund Abraham, Nicholas Grimshaw, Mario Botta, Juan Navarro Baldeweg, Kjetil Trædal Thorsen, Frank O. Gehry, Peter Eisenman and Eric Owen Moss.
