The Code of Conduct is a self-governance system incorporating legal, regulatory and Civil Code requirements, to which the company and its bodies voluntarily adhere. Its purpose is to communicate the organizational model implemented by Italcementi S.p.A. in order to maximize value for its shareholders.

The Code includes and supplements the rules set out in the "Code of Conduct" proposed by the Committee for Corporate Governance of Listed Companies.
