Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 on the administrative accountability of corporations, Italcementi S.p.A. has adopted in 2004, and then updated, an “Organization, management and control model” to prevent offences against government agencies and corporate offences.
A supervisory body has been appointed with the task of ensuring that the Model functions correctly and proposing amendments thereof.
The Supervisory body is comprised of an independent director, an external professional and the head of the company’s Internal Control Committee.
