PIC international training is based on an international skills sharing framework which enables Group's practioners to help "field workers" to build on their skills in their specific area of activity and to hone their talents.

Each participant expresses his/her view on the subjects raised by teachers and shares his/her own experience with colleagues:

•  To improve management's technical and financial skills
    through sharing experience
•  To create exchange spaces within the team
•  To promote and consolidate skill sharing

Training sessions focus on technical subjects such as cement manufacturing processes, grinding and burning technology, maintenance, quality, environment, concrete, quarry, cement chemistry.
