The Certificate, awarded by the Minister Mr. Ovcharov and the Executive Director of Invest Bulgaria Agency, Mr. Stalev, will speed up the phase aimed at obtaining the necessary authorizations for the carrying out of Varna cement plant revamping project.

The investment in relation to this project amounts to nearly 185 million euro and is one of the most important foreign industrial investment to be made in Bulgaria.
