Ciments Français finalizes acquisition of 50% interest in Zuari Cement Ltd (India)

Ciments Français, controlled by Italcementi, has become a 50-percent shareholder of Zuari Cement Limited. The Zuari Cement Limited joint venture will be a platform for the Group development in India.
