Giovanni Maggiora is Italcementi’s and Ciments Français new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Giorgio Bodo who left the Group recently to pursue other professional opportunities.

Giovanni Maggiora, 47, was born in Turin and holds a degree in Economics & Commerce. He joined Italcementi in 2007 and has worked to date in international development with a particular focus on Group projects in the Mediterranean and the MiddleEast.

Maggiora came to Italcementi from the Fiat group, where he held posts in treasurymanagement, investor relations and M&A in Italy and at international level in France, the UK and the USA.
