Italcementi: S&P changes rating to “BB+” from “BBB-”, outlook stable

Italcementi informs that the rating agency Standard and Poor’s, after last April announcement of review, changed the long term rating from BBB- to BB+, while the short term rating is set to B from previous A-3.
The outlook is stable.
The same issue has been adopted for Ciments Français.
