Afyon sale to the Cimsa Group finalized

The Italcementi group today closed the sale to the Cimsa group of its 51% equity investment in the Turkish company Afyon Cimento.

In accordance with the sale agreement, the shares were transferred for a global price of 57,530,000 Turkish lira, equivalent to approximately 25 million euro.
