ALIPRE® is Italcementi Group brand for its products family based on calcium sulfoaluminate technology. Depending on the technical requirements and the applications of the final products, ALIPRE® can be used as main component or as secondary constituent to adjust workability time, setting time and mechanical strength and achieve special products performances such as rapid setting, high early strength, increased sulfate resistance and shrinkage compensation.
ALIPRE® based products are obtained by mixing calcium sulfoaluminate clinker with calcium sulfate and Portland cement. Proper blends of the three components allow to satisfy a wide range of needs like:
- Highly adjustable setting time
- Rapid early strength development
- Progressive strength increase, exceeding top-performing Portland cements
- Low shrinkage values
- Low alkali content
The new product line is a perfect choice for producing adhesives, mortars, concrete, rapid and semi-rapid screeds and sealants featuring low shrinkage and excellent durability.
